Digital TV Switch over:
Starts: 24th March 2010
Make sure you are ready for the digital TV switch over, the aim is for all analoge TV transmitters will be switch to digital by 2012. This means that you will nolonger be able to recieve analoge TV. The switch over will start in our region on the 24th of March 2010.
If you are still recieving analogue TV then your options are:
- Buy a new digital TV.
- Buy a Freeview box with an RF / Scart output.
- Buy a Freesat box and dish with RF / Scart output.
- Join Sky or Cable (Sky and Cable boxes can still send an analogue signal via RF / Scart to older TV sets).
