We can look foward to another fantastic 10k run through Bristol. Whether you want to set it as a target for yourself, compete with friends or run for charity, there is every reason to join in.

You may want to compete with Nick Rose, who holds the UK all time 10K road record of 27 minutes, 34 seconds. Or you may just want to run your own race!

I competed last year, and completed the race in 55 minutes and 45 seconds and I'm hoping to beat Nick Rose's record this year! (Or maybe just settle for beating my own personal best).
