Greetings from St Paul’s - An Exhibition
18 March - Friday 3 April
Free
A photographic exhibition which will highlight the unique and special flavour of St Paul’s will open at the St Paul's Learning and Family Centre in Bristol.
All the photographs in the exhibition have been taken by local amateur photographers who were asked to pick subjects - both good and bad -which summed up what makes St Paul’s distinctive. Working with staff from the Knowle West Media Centre, participants in the St Paul’s project were given tuition in using professional photographic equipment.
The images have been taken as part of a Museum of Bristol community project which will soon be expanded to cover other local neighbourhoods across the city. The St Paul’s images have been made into postcards and everyone visiting the exhibition will have the opportunity to comment on the photos.
The exhibition runs from 12pm on 18 March, to Friday 3 April at the St Paul’s Learning and Family Centre, 94 Grosvenor Road, St Paul’s.
