Exams are over, and the summer calls. We can finally start thinking about the long holiday ahead. Chill out and head to Bristol Zoo to enjoy the annual summer festival, Boogie for Brizzle on Saturday 18th July.
The line up on the Zoo's very own Main Stage includes urban reggae from Laid Blak, soulful country from Phantom Limb featuring vocalist Yolanda Quartey of Massive Attack, mellow acoustic vocals from Phil King and eclectic acappella from World Roots Voice Ensemble.
Throughout the day there will also be walkabout entertainers, circus skills workshops, break-dance, BBQs, beer tents and more.
And if that's not enough, why not pay a visit to the hundreds of different animal species at home in the Zoo, including lions, gorillas, penguins, seals, monkeys and meerkats? And it's the only night of the year the entire Zoo stays open until late!
Tickets in advance: adult £11.50, child £7.50, family £30.50. On the night: adult £13.50, child £8.50, family £33.50. Discounts apply for students and groups of 10+
