Focus on preparing for the Bristol Half Marathon which takes place in September.

The Workshops will take place at Coombe Dingle Sport Centre, Coombe Lane, starting from 6pm and include an hour run from 6.30pm to 7.30pm, followed by question & answer sessions with the guest speakers.
