This Autumn brings Bristol the Festival of Ideas 2008. An initiative of Bristol Cultural Development Partnership involving Arts Council England, Bristol City Council and GWE Business West, Cultural organisations, universities and others are brought together. The initiative aims to provide an annual festival of debate and discussion and holds special events throughout the year. The debates and events are hosted by a number of well known venues in Bristol City Centre.

The start date is 3rd September and the events run until 15th December this year.
