Bristol's Biggest Bike Ride takes place at Millennium Square the Harbourside. There are various start times, the first being 9.30am. The ride has been organised by the Bristol City Council at part of the June 08, month of action on climate change. Other successes were the Bristol Festival of Nature and Love Parks Week. But the bike ride rounds of the month with a clear statement. Cycling does not only offer a greener, more environmentally friendly way to travel, it strengthens cardiac abilities and promotes general fitness. This year is the 15th Annual Bristol's Biggest Bike Ride. People will be riding of all abilities from those who haven't yet dusted off their saddle for years, to those who have only just hopped out the saddle, who are hopping straight back in.
